Zentalk | Seven layers of defense
No single cryptographic primitive is safe to rely on alone. Zentalk stacks seven independent defenses so that breaking one is not enough to break anything.

Encryption hides what you say. Timing and volume still reveal when you said it. Cover traffic is how Zentalk dissolves the pattern that survives encryption.

State-level adversaries harvest ciphertext today. They will decrypt it when quantum hardware is ready. Zentalk is already built for that threat.

E2EE encrypts message content — but metadata, key distribution, and centralized infrastructure remain exposed. Here is what the architecture actually protects.

Sending to the same address every day produces a trail. Stealth addresses make every message arrive at a unique destination that only the recipient can claim.

Spam and anonymity look incompatible. RLN solves both: users prove rate compliance with zero-knowledge proofs, spammers self-dox when they exceed the limit.

Pairwise encryption collapses at group scale. Zentalk's Sender Key delivers one ciphertext to thousands with forward secrecy and no per-member re-encryption cost.

NSA CNSA 2.0 requires post-quantum completion by 2035. Zentalk shipped hybrid post-quantum by default — the migration clock, for its users, has already stopped.

Zentalk uses PBKDF2-SHA256 at 600,000 iterations for general key derivation and Scrypt (N=2^15, ~32 MiB) for the E2EE backup envelope — no custodian, no backdoor.

SRTP secures the media stream. It does not secure the signaling, metadata, or call graph. Zentalk's real-time layer treats the whole call as the encryption target.

At 3 AM, you send a message you wouldn't speak aloud. A medical symptom. A financial question. A personal confession. You assume privacy. But between your device…

The landscape of secure, decentralized communication is rapidly evolving, with two innovative platforms leading the charge: Jack Dorsey's Bitchat and the Zentachain…
